Aaron Hernandez thumbnail1There’s a new house on the market in North Attleboro, Mass., but this particular residence comes with a bit of history.

A listing was posted Thursday for 22 Ronald C. Meyer Drive, which happens to be the former home of ex-New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez. Hernandez, of course, is in prison after being charged and convicted in the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd.

The spacious house, which is on sale for $1.5 million, was the site of a massive media stakeout back in June 2013 as police scoured the premises for evidence. Hernandez was led out of his house in handcuffs on June 26 and hasn’t lived there since, and a Mass. judge ruled in an August 2015 civil suit that his home could go on the open market.

If you can get past all that ugly history, Hernandez’s former home actually is a pretty nice place. It boasts a 3-car garage, an in-ground pool and a sun room and is just a 15-minute drive from Gillette Stadium. Not that Hernandez will be visiting there any time soon.
